In mid 1997, Meridian was contracted to oversee the preliminary construction plans and construction of two new American flag 300-passenger SWATH vessels. With any new vessel construction project, Meridian offers plan review, shipyard selection and vessel compatibility study. Experienced in title 11 construction, Meridian can also assist the owner in sealing new and innovative methods of financing.
